Every agent across the fleet, grouped by supervisor.
An agent is a durable package on one supervisor: a harness and model, its own configuration directory (its harness sign-in), and an initial working directory every conversation is given a copy of. Agents exist only because somebody created one — this list is never inferred from what a machine can run.
